We spotlight Clara Sánchez Sala @clarasanchezsala and her immersive piece 「Del marfil al color hígado」, conceived during her 2025 residency at Matadero Madrid @mataderomadrid

The work unfolds as a suspended installation: dyed silk veils brushed with rouge, filtering light to gently cloak the sculpture - a meditation on femininity, ritual, and transformation.

Clara is a multidisciplinary artist based in Madrid. Her practice traces symbolic expressions of the feminine through materials intimately connected to the body.

From June 25 to 29 @canartibiza transforms the white island into a meeting point for contemporary art lovers from around the world. Founded by Sergio Berensztein, the fair celebrates its third edition with an ambitious program that bridges international galleries with local talent, and activating spaces across the island.

Through the CAN OFF initiative, the fair extends its vision into the public and underground spheres, connecting Ibiza and Formentera through site-specific interventions by Balearic artists. It’s a commitment to context, to place, to the pulse of the islands.
